August in Sydney!

Hi, everyone...paiseh so long nv blog liao.....School's pretty busy....having my first paper in 2 wks....dat's realli fast....=P.....

Spent my national day here in Sydney...we wished we had a Singapore flag to hang right at our door, first time we are so patriotic haha+...on national day itself, we actualli learnt that there's such a term as "Singaporean handshake" during lecture and that it last 10s...haha+...the whole class looked at us when the lecturer said that and we all tried shaking hands for 10s...boy...it's difficult but I guess I do have a harder time removing my hand during a handshake and just continue talking while shaking hands...haha+....but at least our classmates learnt that we are from Singapore....=P.....had chance to work with some Australian classmates on small projects and assignments.....happy about it..finally some interaction....haha+

The weather is getting better over here...=P....spring is coming...and flowers are going to bloom....going over to Canberra in late Sep/Oct I think to see the football fields of tulips....can't wait!!

Haven't got many pics recently, almost cooped up at home trying to complete the readings...leave the house for groceries and jogs....=P

haha+....this is soup, u know? I added agar agar strips thinking it was vermicilli and we all didn't know until the soup turned into gelatin-consistency....=P

This is my charcoal salmon skin!...ahhhh!!!....my favourite part of salmon gone into whisps of smoke.....the oven temperature was too high for comfort....=P
